As a PPM Analyst, you will be managing projects and implementations of our client's PPM solutions, and all related project management tasks associated with the implementation project. Also, post implementation, you will represent as the client's customer care contact during the contract term, for ongoing support, enhancements, and additional changes to the platform.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform project management work such as:
Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings.
Schedules management
Critical evaluation and updating of various documents associated with Project Management Plans
Monitoring of project costs, progress against schedule from the Project Management System
Task Management
Risk, Issue and Change Management
Project Reporting
Escalation Management
Coordinate with the Hummingbird project and support teams for project activities and ensure project milestones are met.
Ability to do product demonstrations where required.
Work with client project management teams.
Client customer care duties:
Ongoing client contact and support (monthly meetings)
Manage new support requests.Manage client escalations.
Requirements
At least 2+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager/ PM Analyst / Scheduler position
Skills or knowledge of the following:
Administration support
Intermediate presentation and reporting skills
MS Project
MS Office Suite: Visio, Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Waterfall and Agile methodology
Understanding different methodology and frameworks
Coordinating workstream progress and risk reports.
Proven ability to communicate with influence, negotiate outcomes and manage stakeholder relationships.
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to translate between business and technical terminology.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and project management skills including ability to organize time, work on multiple tasks, and follow through to completion of task or project.
Advantageous Skills/Experience:
Certification in Project Management (e.g. Prince2, P3M3, PMI etc.)
PPM Platform knowledge
