JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, and work hours/timesheets.
Organizing, attending, and participating in client/team meetings.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
Ensuring project deadlines are met.
Determining project changes.
Providing administrative support as needed.
Undertaking project tasks as required.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure client views are managed towards the best solution.
Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Good time management skills
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
Continuously update and liaise with the client to give project updates.
 
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field of study
At least 2+ years of Object-Oriented in Wordpress development.
Experience in Project Management and has a strong leadership skills
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as {{Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
Ability to work on tight deadlines.
Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
Comfortable working with QA process & debugging tools
Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
