Alstom Philippines is expanding pool of multi-talented individuals. We are looking for experienced and versatile Power Supply Installation Manager.
Office Location: Lot 1, President Carlos P. Garcia Ave. (C5 Extension) San Dionisio, Sucat, Parañaque City, Philippines
Responsibilities
As "Power Supply Installation Manager" in project:
Responsible and accountable in QCD of all POS works,
Responsible and accountable in Alstom EHS rules (AZDP) compliance
Method Statements from preparation until validation by Client
Planning progress follow-up until hand-over to T&C
Site Interface Management with internal and external Stakeholders
Management of suppliers (if applicable) and subcontractors on site
Quality management in coordination with QA/QC team (Audits, modifications, NCR, REX...etc)
Configuration management until hand-over to T&C
As "Power Supply Installation Manager" in Central function:
Provide support on technical matters (projects, tenders, expertise) issued by the Regional Centers,
Operational management of the team affected,
Ensure the weekly reporting to the "Power Supply Subsystem Manager",
Provide a part of the monitoring and of the training of new recruits, and subcontractors working within her/his operational team,
Collect the REX (Return of Experience) coming from the Regional Centers
Knowledge & Experience
Graduated from engineering school in electrical or railway systems,
A minimum of seven-eight years of experience in electrical site works,
A minimum of three-four years of experience in team management,
Minimum 5 strong years of experience in DC Electrification in Railway Project/s.
Very good knowledge of electrical installation and substations operation,
Autonomy, motivated, initiative, pragmatic and interested in technical topics,
Fluent English, second language appreciated.
