Responsible for temporary or permanent living quarters for client and other civilian contractors. Oversee activities to ensure proper maintenance, safety and cleanliness standards are adhered.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Ensure vacancy/occupancy rates are maintained.
Oversee the supervision, escorting and directing of subcontractor employees. Responsible for ensuring the proper inventory of supplies for living quarters and cleaning.
Oversee key control.
Interact with peer groups to ensure all aspects of billeting are functioning properly. Monitor customer service desk to ensure Technicians and Coordinators are providing friendly, professional service to the customer.
Knowledge of and ability to train employees on all relevant safety standards related to area required. May have budgetary responsibility for area.
Conducts regular meetings and builds employee morale. Conduct daily safety briefings.
REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate degree in related field with 5-7 years' experience or equivalent work experience. Previous lead/supervisory experience preferred.
