1. Provides excellent customer service at all times.
2. Processes transactions based on the mode of payment by the customer.
3. Ensure accuracy and authenticity of cash and cheque.
4. Enters accurately product code of merchandise and form of payment in the POS terminal.
5. Ensure that cash/check collection are remitted to the Account Management Section.
6. Effectively promotes, upsell, cross-sell best value offers to customers
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Team Leader from time to time
