Position Summary: International Outsourcing Agent
The Agent will be responsible for moderating user-generated content based on Community Guidelines, in-depth web research, and email-based customer service as per specific provided guidelines and client specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Moderate pending user generated content against a set of community guidelines on the admin platform.
Research products/services/content across several online platforms.
Conduct online content classification and categorization.
Respond to online customer-service inquiries through Salesforce.
Research, collect and collate required information from the web-based on provided guidelines.
SKILLSET:
Fluent in both English and Portuguese (speaking, reading and writing)
Keen attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
Good time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Previous hands-on knowledge of e-commerce projects.
Previous sales/ customer service experience is an added advantage
Can start immediately
