-Identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions/alternatives to issues
-Follow standard spiels, processes, and procedures
-Must have a good grasp of customer service principles and practices
-Understand and strive to meet or exceed metrics while providing exceptional and consistent customer service
-Must have effective listening skills and proper phone etiquette
-Build lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability
-Demonstrate clear verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese to educate and guide customers
Requirements
-Completed at least 2 years in college or any equivalent degree
-Capable of working from home and amenable to work in the office in Taguig if necessary
-Proficient in both English and Portuguese
-Preferably with 2 years call center experience for a Portuguese account
-Preferably with experience handling an Outbound account
-Experience in Lead Generation is an advantage
Work from Home System Requirements
-Own PC/Laptop with at least an Intel Core i3 or newer processor
-With a licensed Windows 10 operating system and Microsoft Office installed
