Responsibilities
1. To perform duct sizing, pipe sizing, plant sizing and tank sizing
2. Heat load calculations, water demand, hydraulic calculations, etc.
3. Designing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, plumbing and fire protection
4. Drafting mechanical services in Autocad and/or Revit MEP
5. Producing "permit plans" and "for construction drawings"
6. Coordinate with other trades for potential interference and propose solution

Position Summary and Qualification:
The Plumbing Design Draftsman is responsible for designing and drafting plumbing and fire protection systems required in the project. Plumbing System Design includes water distribution system, sanitary and ventilation, drainage system. While the Fire Protection System Design includes sprinkler, clean agent, piping layout, standpipes and firehose, firewater reserve, etc.
Has 3 years and above work experience as Plumbing Draftsman or related in Real Estate Industry
Has Bachelor's/ College Degree
Ability to design and draft in Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems in the project
Ability to communicate well and professionally in both oral and written English
Excellent attention to details skill
Highly organized and can work under pressure
Can work well independently and with team
