JOB DESCRIPTION
Will handle at least two (2) on-going production projects and two (2) construction projects.
Develops project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines.
Develops, tests, and evaluates theoretical designs.
Discusses and solves complex problems with manufacturing departments, subcontractors, suppliers and customers.
Ensures that a product can be made reliably and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
Performs area take-off and space planning of all ACMV equipment.
Manages projects using engineering principles and techniques.
Produces details of specifications and outline of designs.
Recommends modifications following prototype test results.
Uses research, analytical, conceptual and planning skills, particularly mathematical modelling and computer-aided design.
Considers the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints.
Attends to details and complexities of the design up to its maturity.
Assists in the design and fabrication of plumbing and sanitary engineering projects, systems, or equipment.
Performs engineering calculations by using calculator or computer to solve routine engineering problems.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of BS Sanitary or Civil Engineering, preferably licensed
With at least 1-2 years of related work experience
Experience in small to large scale projects of different types (i.e. high rise, mid-rise, commercial, etc.)
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and other computer applications
Knowledgeable in local and international codes related to plumbing and sanitary design
With high visual attention and keen to details
Can start ASAP, willing to be assigned in head office (Pasay City)
