JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
- Ensure a maintained drainage pipe and other plumbing systems compliance with building and local regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Review blueprints and building codes and specifications to determine work details and procedures in plumbing.
2. Maintain and provide for the safe condition and operation of all plumbing systems both building facilities and each unit being renovated.
3. Determine sources of plumbing malfunctions and complete repairs as indicated or according to work orders.
4. Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
5. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1. TESDA Certified (NCII)
2. At least 2 year work experience specializing plumbing and sanitation
3. Strong sense of time management and self improvement.
4. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
5. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
6. Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical taks.
