JOB DESCRIPTION/OVERVIEW:
Lead a team of developers, testers and system analysts to implement customer engagement
platforms. Support the delivery managers by allocating the right resources and provide
technical leadership.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
● 8-10 years of experience in IT development in financial service projects
● 3-5 years of direct experience on either Microsoft IAM, Adobe Content Management
System and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
● Platform experience should include understanding of SW landscape, competing
products and new roadmaps of the product
● Ability to run a team in developing or operating the platforms assigned.
● Good knowledge of effort estimation techniques and capacity planning for the platform
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Responsible for solution architecture of the platform and how that aligns with EA and
other peripheral components.
● Validation of the business requirements where platform is identified as a solution
component, ensuring the validity of the solution, effort estimation, delivery timelines and
cost
● Plan and orchestrate all deployment and cut-over activities to ensure there is no
technical overlaps in how various projects
● Own the configuration of the software platform across all environments. Configuration
includes version, patch level, capacity estimation, and all platform specific settings.
Manage the relationship with the vendors to ensure ongoing updates are received, any
major change anticipated on the platform, get product defects resolved quickly and get
resources/reviews as needed
● Ensure adequate product skills are always ready.
● Plan the hardware, software and people capacity based on known and anticipated
demands.
● Help resolved level 2 issues and where necessary escalate and manage the resolution at
L 3 level
