The Plant Engineer will provide technical services to support the day-to-day operations of Cable TV/Broadband networks. He/she will be assigned to the fiber under plant maintenance. He/she will help ensure that all required group KPI and SLA are met. He/she will conduct preventive maintenance activities, thus ensures that Network Reliability is achieved. He/she will ensure seamless service to customers which includes managing cross-functional activities.
A Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering
Must be a Licensed Engineer
Must know how to drive and with driver's license
With at least 6 months in the cable, telecommunication, or IT industry
Knowledgeable in Cable TV Network, IP, and Data Networks
Has strong RF fundamentals and familiar with audio and video formats.
With excellent troubleshooting and analytics skills
Willing to do fieldwork, full time
Willing to work in varied shifts and remains on-call on emergencies
