Timezone: ESTAbout the Role:We are looking for a detail-oriented Planswift Specialist with strong experience in construction estimating. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accurate material take-offs, quantity surveys, and cost estimations using Planswift software for various construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Perform take-offs and quantity estimations for architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using Planswift.Prepare detailed cost estimates, material lists, and labor requirements.Analyze project drawings, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy.Work closely with project managers and engineers to verify quantities and costs.Update and maintain estimate databases, cost histories, and reports.Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks.Qualifications:Proficient in Planswift software (experience with Bluebeam or similar tools is a plus).Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes.At least 2 years of experience in construction estimating or quantity surveying.Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong analytical and numerical skills.Preferred Experience:Experience in estimating for residential, commercial, or fit-out projects.Familiarity with cost databases and project bidding processes.
