Qualifications:
Must have at least 3-year experience in Construction Management
Familiar with Claim Management/Contracts
Has been a Scheduler/Project Planner of Projects not less than Php 100 Million -Contract Value
Proficient in English
Proficient in MS Project (Scheduling) and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Roles/Responsibilities:
Reports directly to the Project Manager.
Assists in company compliance of claims and variation orders.
Verifies qualities of claim responses and can understand construction tender documents.
Prepares necessary documents for submission to MWCI/Maynilad .
Conducts fieldwork/inspection (whenever necessary).
