3-7 years experience as a developer and/or systems administrator for IBM Planning Analytics; IBM Planning Analytics (Cognos TM1), Planning Analytics for Excel, ApliqoUX, Planning Analytics Workspace Windows Server, AWS, Docker MDX, Python (REST API/TM1py/MDXpy) SQL Server, Redshift, Oracle BI HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Perform system administration tasks for the finance department's primary business intelligence and financial performance management systems (IBM Planning Analytics (aka Cognos TM1, ApliqoUX) and supporting products (SQL Server (MDS), Pulse, Arc, ). Common administration tasks may include service restarts, application upgrades, backup restoration, DR activities, development, break/fix, testing, security management, migrations, etc. Work with finance and operations users to troubleshoot technical and access issues, identify technical requirements for new features and enhancements, train on application models and capabilities, and conduct user acceptance testing. Work with other internal IT teams and vendors to support integration of data between our BI/FPM systems and other internal databases and applications (including Oracle, SAP, Workday, Salesforce, Redshift), maintain compliance with the organization's internal policies. Create and maintain IBM Planning Analytics TI processes, rules, cubes, dimensions, security and other core features Create and maintain reports and user interfaces in Cubewise Apliqo UX Create and maintain ODBC connections, SQL queries, Python/REST API, SFTP, and encryption/decryption for integrating data with other applications Write and maintain detailed system documentation, technical support articles, user manuals, and visual tutorials
