The Senior Accountant will perform various general accounting functions such as:
Maintains the accuracy of the general ledger accounts and ensures compliance with the Company's finance policies.
Creates accounting journal entries such as payroll, revenue, intercompany, other adjusting entries.
Creates general ledger reconciliations and analysis.
Preparation and filing of tax returns and other regulatory reports.
Turns in quality work on time and works with minimum supervision.
Observes regularity and punctuality in agreed work hours.
Treats all information of whatever nature gathered within the Company as confidential information.
A good team player and demonstrates personal responsibility and loyalty to the Company by adhering to corporate principles of business conduct especially in relation to conflict of interest.
Assists in the various functions related to month-end/year-end close.
Shall report to the Lead Accountant
REQUIREMENTS
CPA, Graduate of BS Accountancy
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in general accounting, fixed assets, audit, and tax reporting
Good knowledge of Philippine Accounting, Standards, BIR and PEZA codes and regulations)
Experience in Oracle is a plus
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Analytical and should have an eye for detail
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
