The FP&A Manager oversees various Finance functions including, but not limited to Financial Planning and Analysis, Treasury, Payroll, Procurement, Risk Management and other activities within the Finance Organization. Establishes financial goals, policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems, and monitors compliance therewith to safeguard the Company's assets and to ensure accurate and timely financial and statutory reporting.
Financial Planning and Analysis
Prepares robust and timely financial plans, budgets, forecasts and management reports (including, but not limited to, profit and loss variance analyses, departmental/business unit reports, cost analyses, FTE /Facility costing, etc.)
Ensures adherence to financial plans, budgets and forecasts (CAPEX and Operating Plans/Forecasts);
Business Partnership with BU leaders to ensure actual HC/FTE are within Plan/Forecast;
Prepares Capital expenditures in accordance with Corporate policy (Capital Appropriation Request) for approval;
Monitors KPIs for measuring the financial and operating performance of the departments/business units
Treasury and Billing
Accurate and timely cash forecasts/projections;
Ensures the company projects and regular outflow is adequately funded;
Supervises the preparation of Invoices and Intercompany Billing;
Provides support to ensure timely collection of trade receivables for Global Business;
Key contact person for all banking relationships;
REQUIREMENTS
A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in a senior-level Finance or Accounting position
Strong knowledge of Financial Planning Models;
Extensive knowledge of financial accounting software/systems, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
