RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Explains retirement benefit plan based on US and company policies, procedures, and legal requirements to employees and beneficiaries.
- Conducts retirement and benefits-related calculations and analysis including repurchase of service, withdrawal of contributions, and deferred retirement.
- Researches and recommends appropriate benefits plans and services based on data analysis.
- Assists with open enrollment for retiree insurance benefits through calls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background/experience as Phone Support and familiar with Zendesk or other CRM tools/software
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize among multiple tasks with well-organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Willing to work in Glorietta 2, Makati, night shift w/ FREE shuttle service (NCR only)
- Strong collaboration skills: comfort level talking to different teams and levels
- Persevere, hard-working
- Humble enough to listen and learn with a positive attitude towards work
SALARY:
28K + health card, 20 leave credits, 13th-month pay, government-mandated benefits
