Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in nursing and have a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure that transactions are processed per the Desktop procedures
• Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA(Service level agreement) and Internal standards
• Ensure that the quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by process excellence
• Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
