In this role, you will: Participate in knowledge and skills in the area of trust and estate matters, investment management, wealth transition, and financial planning to serve high net worth clients Identify opportunity for process improvements Review and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives Exercise independent judgment to guide the growth of the specialty wealth management business by initiating new client acquisition Present recommendations for resolving moderately complex accounts Develop expertise in the wealth plans for high net worth clients and addresses wealth management issues with clients, underwriting and accepting new accounts, administering, terminating and distributing Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Interact with internal and external customers Interact with Accountants and Attorneys This LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below Required Qualifications 2+ years of Fiduciary Advisory experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications Knowledge and understanding of philanthropic concepts Knowledge and understanding of fiduciary law and federal regulations Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to interact with all levels of an organization A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or Juris Doctor (JD) Established network in the local market Significant experience with family philanthropy, including private foundations, donor advised funds, split-interest trusts, family retreats, workshops and meetings Experience in wealth management with net worth clients of at least five million dollars Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial and estate planning, fiduciary/trust, wealth transfer, leverage, multiple asset class usage, asset allocation strategies, and taxation Local market knowledge extensive local philanthropic network strong networking skills and a passion for philanthropy Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP) designation Job Expectations Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary. Ability to travel up to 30% of the time Job Posting: 100 N 18 th Street, Philadelphia, PA This Philanthropic Services Advisory Specialist (LO) is a specialty fiduciary expert that applies knowledge and skills in the area of trust matters with a specific focus on Charitable / Philanthropic Trusts and Charitable Organizations. Will play the role of a Relationship Manager in serving clients or may partner with a Relationship Manager. Partners with fiduciary administration team and investment team to properly administer charitable trust accounts in order to deliver exceptional services that drives customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention of all Trust services while managing the risk of those accounts. Analyzes trust/financial information, reacts accordingly and prioritizes as appropriate. May provide work direction. Proactively identifies and addresses issues with clients and trusts within their defined book of business. Communicates directly with clients, beneficiaries, business partners and centers of influence including external resources i.e. accountants, attorneys, who are related to the client relationship as part of day to day administration. Ability to travel mostly within Pennsylvania approximately 30% of the time to meet with clients.
