Job Description
The Senior Coach plays an integral role in executing TSA's purpose.
This position is responsible for managing quality performance of the team and/or coaches in Operations focused on developing, tracking, monitoring, coaching, analyzing and providing feedback on individual and team performance.
Key Accountabilities:
Mentoring- transferring of skills and influencing desired behavior to agents through coaching.
Advises quality assurance issues to the different units during meetings of key stakeholders. Reports auditing updates, discusses issues and identifies possible interventions with concerned departments.
Coaches, mentors, conducts one-on-one discussions and manages the performance of the team members regarding work ethics, productivity, KPIs and career growth. Devises development plans, performance interventions, and career paths and prepares them to handle increased responsibilities.
Keeps abreast on departmental morale as derived from discussions with the coaches. Maintains an atmosphere of open communication by scheduling regular group discussions with team members to illicit information on needs, requests, and issues currently faced. Coordinates and assists in resolving concerns faced by team members.
Qualifications
2-year experience in a BPO environment.
2-year equivalent experience in a similar role or any supervisory position, preferably focused on a telecommunications and technical program
Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college university or equivalent, preferred but not a requirement
Knowledge of BPO and client KPIs
Leadership experience in people management specifically coaching for performance.
Can work with a diverse set of people in a cross-cultural environment across time zones and regions.
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be goal oriented, driven, and motivated to deliver results
Must have the ability to focus while multitasking

Can work in a fast-paced environment.
