Job Description
What will your normal day look like?
The Recruitment Associate is responsible for assisting the Recruitment Team in the full recruitment life cycle which includes (but is not limited to) screening, test administration, interviewing, on boarding process ownership, sourcing & audit support, based on departmental business needs and requests.
The Recruitment Associate role is responsible for executing TSA's Talent Acquisition strategy for TSA Philippines. This involves partnering with various teams and departments to understand program needs and sourcing requirements, utilising their expertise in high volume recruitment to identify, attract and retain high potential talent to optimise the centre's performance and culture
As the first point of contact for all prospective employees, the Recruitment Associate is accountable for creating positive candidate experience and seamless on-boarding journey.
As a member of the broader People Team, the Recruitment Associate is integral to promoting and continuously improving TSA's employer brand.

Qualifications
Must have impeccable attendance.
Must be both confirmed and regularized in current position.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven Excel and Word skills
Self-motivated & self managed
Proven ability to work in a multi-functional team
Proven ability to work under pressure
Flexible attitude to change
Ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management and organisational skills
Broad administration experience
Customer experience
Understanding of strict confidentiality requirements
High - Meet Standards (3.5) or Above Expectations overall rating in the BSC for the past 3 months.
No record of uncleansed written warning on file in the past 3 months.
No record of uncleansed suspension in the past 12 months.
