Job Description
The Order Management Agent ensures customer satisfaction by accurately provisioning customer details into CRM tool of client and TSA (current and legacy), proactively monitoring completion, performing order remediation in a timely and effective manner. Potential contact to customers and other departments to fulfil services.
15K Salary package with allowance
Rotating night shift from 4pm to 6am, Sunday to Thursday
Night Differential
Office based

Qualifications
High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree.
At least 6 months relevant experience
Meets the typing requirement. (35WPM Non Voice)
Has critical thinking skills with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Can multitask and has high attention to details.
Amenable to work in Pasay for a graveyard shifting schedule.
