About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Private Equity Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Your Role:
General accounting according to local, international and industry specific accounting requirements.
Delivering accurate reports to the clients worldwide and assist in the preparation for annual audits.
Monitoring the financial transactions, check and review supporting documentation.
Reviewing similar work prepared by junior members of the team.
Attending to queries raised by clients while interacting with managers, colleagues and counterparties in a professional and proactive manner.
About You:
You have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or management;
You have relevant professional designation is an advantage (CPA, CFA, CMA);
You have at least 2+ years of experience in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/or knowledge of private equity or hedge fund industry is a plus;
You are proficient in MS Excel is an advantage;
You are highly organized and detail-oriented;
You are proactive, team-oriented and results-driven;
You have good interpersonal and client service skills;
Amenable to work in our Makati Office (One Ayala Avenue Corporate Center);
Amenable to work on shifting schedules (Mid shift);
Amenable to work onsite for 2 days (Hybrid work arrangement).
