Job Description
What will a normal day look like?
The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the development and completion of key business reports and requirements to support the operational effectiveness of the channel.
Duties and responsibilities:
Work closely with business stakeholders and Channel Operations
Liaise with the IT Team on UAT and data validation for reporting development and updates
Build and maintain reports and dashboard using Business Intelligence Tools
Analyse data and Reporting to identify Business Trends
Qualifications
Essential
2-5 years equivalent demonstrated experience specific to this role
Amenable to work in Mall of Asia Business Complex
Advanced Excel user
Self-motivation and self-management to work independently and confidently
High-level interpersonal and relationship building skills
Ability to take ownership of agreed outcomes and deliverables
Common sense and customer focus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Consultation and facilitation abilities
Strong experience with SQL data extraction
Experience with PostGres SQL
Equivalent demonstrated experience specific to this role
Experience with PowerBI and other BI Tools (either on-prem or cloud)
Experience with developing dashboards with PowerBI and other BI tools (either on-prem or cloud)
Ability to translate data into meaningful reporting/dashboards/visualisations
Experience with Data Cubes
Understanding of data models
Desirable
Experience with contact centres
Able to work autonomously
Strong excel skills
