Job Description
Who are we looking for?
The Business Insights Lead is responsible for providing business reports and analytics resulting in the design, development/improvement and implementation of cost efficient business processes.
Qualifications
Essential
At least 1 year work experience in an operational or project lead capacity with notable achievements in driving optimization, efficiency and increasing performance
Expert knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
Successful Operational Projects implemented (collaborating with inter department or external stakeholders is an advantage)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Excellent analytical skills and detail orientation
Spot trends and opportunities in data, analyse high-volume and multi-dimensional data from varying sources using statistical methods
Structured problem-solving skills using quantitative and mathematical approach
Merge mathematical findings with business experience to propose improvement projects
Translate complex quantitative analysis to business application questions with data
Business acumen
Effective client and stakeholder relationship building through positive communication
Honest, responsible, and able to contain confidential information to protect business assets.
Desirable
Lean Six Sigma training and knowledge
Knowledge in Scrum methodology
Knowledge in using other presentation tools such as Google Slides, Prezi, Canva, Keynote etc.
Experience in using other data visualisation and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio etc.
Knowledge in VBA and Apps Script programming
