Job Description :
· To make sure that all Capex and non-capex items that would require PEZA permits are filed on time upon PO release
· Filing of 8105 Permits
· Coordinate with vendors for the submission of Proforma Invoice and DR and monitoring of vendors 8105 prior to delivery
· Coordinate with brokers and Logistic companies for upcoming shipments
· To handle client shipments (giveaways to operations and other items)
· 8105 Liquidation
· Safekeeping of all important documents. Like annual Permits & Licenses - Surety Bonds, BOC Permits, BOC COR, PEZA Permits, OMB, etc.)
· May also be of assistance to FR Team for compliance with PEZA
· Will be assigned to personally visit PEZA office for any submission of documents and proper coordination for any concerns
Requirements:
· Graduate of Accounting related courses
· With at least one (1) year of experience in PEZA Compliance
· Knowledgeable in MS Office applications - specifically Excel and Word
