JOB SUMMARY:
The Permits Lead provides full and essential documentation and technical support to the process of applying for all permits required for the project.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Secure building permits and other related permits and clearances pertinent to the construction or occupancy of units as required by various institutions.
- Secure Tax Declaration for completed units (condo or housing) and conduct and verify and identify all projects without the Tax Declaration.
- Process application for development or alteration permits and other related permits and clearances for the development of the project.
- Prepare Individual TCT and CCT to Securities Custodian for proper safekeeping.
- Monitor and process the payment of Real Property Tax in all rawland properties and prepare liquidation.
- Process the application of DAR Clearance, Conservation, Exemption, and Certificate of Non-CARP Coverage for all agricultural rawland and conducting assistance in due diligence and title trace back for rawland banking acquisition.
- Formulate a systematic procedure for controlling and monitoring of all permits and licenses.
- Establish and observe good relations and rapport with local government unit staff.
- Submit monthly monitoring reports of all permits and licenses status.
- Monitor teams' progress both in application and processing of all required permits and individual growth.
- Prepare and document all projects and processes in the system (FREBAS)
- Prepare RFP requests and Cash Advances in FREBAS and SAP for all legal and misc. related fees.
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, LICENSES REQUIRED:
· Graduate of any business course or engineering graduate
· With at least 3 - 5 years of work experience in a related field
