As a Performance Marketer, you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies. More specifically, you'll get to:
Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns from conception to launch (Meta, Google, Ecommerce platforms, Tiktok)
Prepare media plan for different platforms (Meta, Google, Ecommerce platforms, Tiktok)
Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs
Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
Oversee and manage overall paid media budget
Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Media Planner; experience in digital media is preferred (Meta, Tiktok, Laz, Shopee)
Broad knowledge of media channels
Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics and media buying
Working knowledge of analytics tools
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
An analytical mind with an aptitude for statistics
Strong decision-making skills
BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
