PERFORMANCE ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Key responsibilities:
Identifies and utilizes performance tools designed to create and improve engagement outcomes within the organization.
Champions CultureAmp performance tool
Supports and executes performance development and management initiatives
Deliver team member orientation and integration
Serve as a main point of contact and manage relationships with stakeholder group and key individuals
Provide feedback and input for improvement of all programs, processes and policies
Accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery within Employee Relations
Responsible for overseeing, managing and administering team members' rewards, perks and statutory benefits
Develops proposals for compensation, rewards/incentive and benefits programs necessary to drive performance to service level agreements, talent retention and attraction.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree course, preferably Psychology or Human Resource related fields
Requires 2 years of HR Business Partner and Employee & Labor Relations experience
Strong Stakeholder Management and Project Management experience
Experience in presenting reports to department heads or other stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
