We're hiring for a 'Performance Development Coach' to:
Identify skill gaps and schedule appropriate trainings to resources for performance improvements.
Drive performance improvement by determining set key performance indicators (KPIs)
Obtain training feedback from participants and analyze and implement the suggestions.
Liaising with Managers and staff to identify who would benefit from additional coaching and training Implementing learning strategies and supporting staff in soft skill areas
Drawing up agreed action plans with learners, outlining the aims of the coaching, and monitoring of progress
Provide coaching on a 1 to 1 basis as well as group training and team sessions to address and improve under performance and drive progression
Liaise closely with subject matter experts and other business partners to ensure continuous performance improvement in coaching activity.
Enhancing quality performance individually and at team level to meet and exceed quality targets; Preparing both verbal and written feedback to Managers/Employees
Ensure extensive Product Knowledge is maintained. Participate in all training provided in relation to: company products, operating systems, processes and procedures, and retain knowledge.
Fully utilize all training and support materials.
Requirements
University (degree or equivalent)
2+ years BPO experience (Team Leader/Supervisor/Trainer/QA)
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional listening and analytical skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Good personal organizational skills
Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
Intermediate level of knowledge/expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques
Ability to work well in a team environment
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
