WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT? As the Performance and Reporting Expert you will act as a value-adding business partner by closely collaborating with GBS management and key stakeholders in defining metrics, mersurement methodologies, baseline/targets, WHAT IS THIS POSITION ABOUT? As the Performance and Reporting Expert you will act as a value-adding business partner by closely collaborating with GBS management and key stakeholders in defining metrics, mersurement methodologies, baseline/targets, and all performance reporting requirements.You will provide meaningful and data-driven analysis and insights about GBS performance by preparing KPI dashboards, business reviews, and value-adding reports for GBS management and stakeholders. You are also expected to perform data and performance analysis using statistical techniques (descriptive to prescriptive) and recommend action plans to address performance gaps andcreate performance management models, frameworks, and templates (balanced scorecards, coaching logs, performance assessments, forecasting and capacity plans, etc.) with the goal of driving high-performing culture in GBS. You are also to deliver effective business reviews to various levels of management through meaningful data storytelling and provide valuable insights to executives to support in strategy formulation, business planning and decision-making. As the Expert will also engineer data models, design and develop data visualization using Business Intelligence platforms used in GBS such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc., andwill closely partner with Service Delivery Teams, IT, and Product Owners in developing business, functional and technical requirements on how the data should be structured in data warehouse. Finally, you are expected to perform regular performance reporting audits to ensure data integrity WHAT WILL YOU DO? 1) Performance Metrics Setting (KPIs, Baselines/Targets, Industry Best Practices and Benchmarks) Closely partner with GBS management and key stakeholders in establishing performance metrics, operational definitions, measurement methodologies, baselines/targets, balanced scorecard, and all performance reporting requirements aligned with business objectives and priorities. Maintain strong relationship with GBS management and key stakeholders by ensuring each function's metrics and targets are regularly reviewed, evaluated, and updated as needed. 2) Data Visualization and Dashboard Reporting Create data models and translate these to meaningful performance dashboards using Business Intelligence platforms (e.g. Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud). Maintain and regularly update performance dashboards and continuously improve GBS reporting capabilities and performance measurement systems. Create performance management models, framework, and templates (balanced scorecards, forecasting and capacity plans, coaching logs, performance assessments, etc.). 3) Performance Analytics and Data Storytelling Perform data and performance analysis using various statistical techniques (descriptive to prescriptive) and recommend action plans to address performance gaps. Design business review templates and deliver effective business reviews to various levels of management through meaningful data storytelling. Recommend improvements to existing processes and suggest new techniques / technologies to meet or exceed business goals. Closely partner with various operational / business support teams to ensure GBS performance gaps are properly managed and remediated. Provide valuable insights to executives to support in strategy formulation, business planning and decision-making. 4) Continous Improvement and Transformation Closely partner with IT, GBS Delivery Teams, and Product Owners in developing business and functional requirements aimed to streamline, automate and transform performance reporting capabilities of GBS. Recommend data engineering best practices to ensure reporting architecture in data warehouse is efficiently and effectively structured. Perform regular performance reporting audits to ensure data integrity and address anomalies. 5) Others Perform trainings and workshops to continuously update, educate, and upskill GBS Delivery Teams and key stakeholders about performance, reporting, and analytics (e.g. data analysis, solutions devlopment, CI techniques and best practices, etc.). Act as a business leader jointly accountable in the success of GBS. Support DEX team in its various service and performance initiatives and other projects aimed to drive GBS success. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Mandatory . Extensive experience (5+ years experience) in performance metrics, reporting and analytics (Business Intelligence), KPI setting, balanced scorecard, baseline/target setting, data modeling and data visualization. . Strong technical aptitude in MS Excel and Business Intelligence platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud). . Performance analytics and data storytelling skills and experience. Able to communicate performance results to all levels of the organization through meaningful data storytelling. . Sound understanding of Finance (P2P, R2R, O2C, and overall Accounting and Finance) in shared services or BPO environment. . Experience working with IT in providing business and technical requirements for data warehousing and performance reporting automation projects. . Proven to be a "Smart Creative" - understands the business while also having strong technical aptitude to create prototypes and do what is needed (not just a talker but also a doer) Preferred . Six Sigma Green Belt training or certification highly desirable but not required . Data engineering and data management experience . ServiceNow and SAP Analyitical Cloud experience .
