Recommend the appropriate candidate for Hiring Manager's interview Update's candidates' disposition in Talent Acquisition Applicant System ( Hired score, Workday) Provide administrative support for EM Asia Team Actively participate in local Talent Acquisition projects to drive productivity and enhance Talent Acquisition brand internally and externally Overall administrative support specifically on filling and creation of New hires 201 file in PH. Ad hoc duties as required. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in psychology/Human resources or any related course With 2- 3 years' experience sourcing and screening candidates Preferably with regional exposure Good Stakeholder Management Skills Experience in end-to-end recruitment including administrative task Experience in recruitment preferably in Pharmaceutical firm.
