Job Description
The team member in this role will have dual responsibilities: as an individual contributor owning full-cycle talent acquisition and as a contributor within the larger People & Culture team promoting the Company's culture and core values through various people initiatives. We are a lean team and everyone is expected to be a team player.
The core responsibility is talent acquisition which on a high-level involves the following: taking accountability, leading, and driving - from sourcing up to hiring - leveraging best-in-class recruiting techniques, technology, and social media all within a highly aggressive cycle of 30-days (45 days for people leader roles).
Responsibilities
Establishes a strong employer brand for nimbyx, Evident, Alina, and Eva Digital Clinic in the Philippines, Vancouver, and other locations
Attracts and recruit top talent
Builds a robust candidate pipeline
Mentors peers and provide technical guidance
Able to have a flexible work schedule and at times work outside of your normal business hours to accommodate for project deadlines as established by the company
Helps establish a community of fun at the workplace and be confident to speak up and lead initiatives
Other duties as required, special projects as assigned

Qualifications
Required skills, experience and qualifications:
Technical degree and 8+ years related experience required
Can clearly assign responsibility for tasks and decisions; set clear objectives and measures; monitor processes, progress and results
Bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and others for results; can be counted on to meet and exceed goals
Good at establishing clear directions and ensuring they are understood; lays out work in a well-planned and organized manner
Ability to look beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers; uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
Seeks to reduce variance in processes; committed to continuous improvement; open to suggestion and experimentation
