This will also be responsible to assist on specific HR initiatives or programs within an organization, rather than ongoing, daily HR tasks. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, often with defined start and end dates. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects align with overall business objectivesThe contract as Project Based employee should only account for five (5) months duration.Here are the Plan Design:1st Month: Learning / Orientation2nd-5th Month: Monthly Report of the project's progress
