The People and Culture Specialist will support as a people champion to the overall employee experience in AIRR Labs. The chosen individual will be at the forefront of our recruiting efforts to bring digitally native candidates that complements AIRR's culture. The People and Culture Specialist will work closely with our stakeholders to ensure that we help them grow as experts and leaders and be instrumental in reaching their career goals. Embracing the AIRR core values, the People and Culture Specialist will be an ambassador by promoting it through various people initiatives and program that creates an energetic and excited team inspired to innovate and do more.
Responsibilities:
The core responsibility of the People and Culture Specialist is talent management.
Create and analyze reports in talent management which includes but not limited to recruitment and performance management.
Take ownership and accountability with the candidate's and employee's overall experience whilst contributing value to AIRR's culture.
Initiate and implement people programs to retain top talents.
Foster diversity and inclusion from recruitment up to the employee engagement programs in the organization.
Maintain a healthy pool of talent to support the rapidly growing business of AIRR Labs.
Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in the organization.
Create a high performing culture where employees are engaged to deliver and have fun at the same time.
Build a positive, effective work environment in AIRR that drive engagement.
Provide value to our stakeholders through HR interventions and provide first line of support to our employees and gives sound advice to the management.
Create, collaborate, and supports the implementation of company policies, processes, and strategies.
Other task and responsibilities as required or assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in talent management and employee engagement
Experience in employer branding is preferred
Experience in e-commerce and start up is a plus
Proficiency in Office 365
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Has strong sense of ownership and accountability.
