Eligibility :
Career Service Professional/ Second Level Eligibility
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration/Management, Legal Management, Psychology, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Training :
16 hours training in one or a combination of the following: quality / financial / property management, procurement, internal controls, human resources, personnel administration / management, organizational development, accounting, administrative proceedings, or other relevant training
Work Experience :
3 years of relevant experience in one or a combination of the following: quality / financial / property management, procurement, human resources, personnel administration / management, organizational development, accounting, administrative / legal proceedings, and other related disciplines
Detailed Qualifications
Experience in supervision
Experience in performing tasks related with the core HR areas - Recruitment, Selection and Placement, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development and Rewards and Recognition
Experience in policy formulation and program development
Excellent communication skills, Attention to details, Time management, High adaptability, and with orientation on continual improvement.
