· Responsible for payroll administration, management and reconciliation
· Provide direction and assistance to payroll staff regarding the payroll process
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare employees' compensation in a timely manner, using payroll software
· Calculate accurate wages, including any bonuses, salary increases or overtime and issues pay slips
· Consolidate and check project sites time sheets
· Calculate any tax or national insurance deductions and pensions contributions
· Calculate statutory payments
· Process increase and calculation of back pays
· Generates necessary reports
· Answer inquiries of employees regarding payroll
· Provide assistance to Human Resources Team and the Accounting and Finance Team
