Job Summary:
This job directly reports to the Payroll and Benefits Manager. The core functions of this job are to ensure the proper and timely administration of employees’ government/ statutory benefits, loans, deductions, and preparation of reports relevant to employees’ withholding taxes. This job requires at least two (4) years of relevant work experience in Human Resources specializing in Compensation and Benefits Administration.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management, Commerce, Business administration or any related courses.
- At least three(3) years’ experience in Human Resource specializing in Compensation and Benefits
