Payroll Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)
Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Payroll
Administer, prepare, execute overall expatriate and local payroll administrations, including calculation of income tax, adjustments, employee/employer government contributions and other benefits, reports (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, CEZA, BIR), coordinate with external vendors, response to enquiries in order to ensure payrolls are accurately computed and credited to the staff's bank account on time and compliance with government mandated requirements.
Collaborate with HRES team to obtain list of newly hired expatriate employees with working visa, requirements to assist opening local BPI bank account in order to ensure Peso salary process after obtaining work permit.
2. Claim/ Petty Cash Management
Consolidate, review, process various types of claims and petty cash applications in order to ensure employees will received reimbursement on time.
3. Cash Float Management
Consolidate, review, process monthly cash payment of peso exchange, dormitory allowances, employee referral bonus, PZIP bonus, salary in cash, generate cash float report in order to ensure various types of allowances/ bonus are distributed on time with correct amount.
4. Project Management
Assist, participate in the payroll project(s) assigned in order to contribute on enhancements on efficiency, improvement of C&B functions.
Requirements
Unvesity degree in Accounting/Finance or any relevant field
1-2 years of relevant experiece in Payroll
Proficient in English & Mandarin (Written and Spoken) (To liasie with mandarin speaking employees)
MS Word,Excel, PPT Skills: Intermediate
- Applicant must be willing to relocate to Makati, Philippines
