Our Company is hiring for Payroll Specialists for one of our clients with these qualifications:
College Degree in Finance and/or Accounting
Can be fresh graduates with no experience
1-2 years experience in payroll and year end reconciliation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times with the ability to prioritize work when there are competing demands and urgent business needs
Self-starter capable of taking initiative and working with minimal direction
Process and detail oriented. Able to multi-task.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Main Responsibilities:
Payroll
Validate payroll inputs and create upload files for payroll processing
Run and validate payroll results for specific payroll processes
Calculate final pay calculations of terminated employees
Generate and validate payroll reports
Year End
Perform year end tax reconciliation and validation
Generate and validate alphalist
Generate and validate BIR 2316 forms
