Payroll and Benefits:
1. Perform payroll related functions including checking of DTR, calculation of wages, salary deductions, encoding of statutory contributions (SSS, Pagibig & Philhealth), & distribution of payslips.
2. Performs computation of Freelance crews service fees, contractor's bond and supplemental allowances.
3. Perform processing & with the payment transmittal of government contribution & loan reports. Ensure payroll submission is up to date.
4. Answers employee queries concerning compensation and benefits.
5. Facilitates/ assists employees for applications for loan, maternity, sickness, company health benefits, etc.
6. Coordinates and communicates information with regards to compensation and benefits to employees and other HR groups.
Preferably a graduate of any Accounting/Finance-related courses
Thorough attention to details
Ability to work independently
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications
With experience in handling manual payroll processes and mandatory benefits.
With the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
