Payroll specialistProbe CX

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for performing end to end payroll process which includes:
Process new employee details & update employee changes in the payroll systems which also includes processing termination and redundancy of employment
Review sign-on sheets, maintain sick leave in the reporting matrix, process accurate OTE payments, superannuation, and taxes, maintain public holiday and payroll processing schedule, and distribute payslips to employees
Assist and ensure all payments and deductions are processed accurately based on per award
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related courses
At least 3 years of international payroll experience in a shared services environment (1-2 years of Australian payroll experience is a plus but not required)
Proficient use in a payroll/HRS system (Preceda and Workday experience is preferred, but not required)
With good written and oral communication skills, problem-solving/analytical skills, and attention to details
Amenable for a temporary work-from-home set-up and amenable to work in Quezon City once required
