Prepare and process end to end payroll using the payroll software
Have an in-depth understanding of payroll relevant legislation
Ensure the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities
Provide a responsive, accurate employee advisory service on basic payroll matters, resolve basic enquires and assist in identifying basic payroll errors
Knowledge and understanding of all Payroll and related software/tool
Understand, implement, update, maintain and use the full software functionality as identified and directed by management
Ensure employee satisfaction through follow-up, inquiry responsiveness, and thorough communication
Provide a responsive, accurate employee advisory service on implementation and matters, resolve difficult enquires and assist in identifying payroll errors and corrective action where required to ensure project deadlines and legislative compliance is met
Maintain complete and accurate record of payroll information, update as appropriate
Ensure accuracy of payments & deductions calculated by the system
Facilitate administration of government/statutory benefits, loans and deductions
Process payments for employees, government offices, and 3rd parties where required
Prepare and process final/severance pay and end-of-year processing, as required
Specification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field
At least 3 Years of relevant working experience
Well-versed with PH payroll legislation and statutory requirements
Able to handle multiple tasks and simultaneous assignments with minimal supervision
Good communication skills; able to explain payroll processing matters clearly
Has experience using any of the Payroll Software
Can start ASAP
Should be based in Cebu
