Duties and Responsibilities
Will be handling the Compensation and Benefits Administration of the company; coordinates with Department Heads and employees on payroll related inquiries.
Processing of government-mandated benefits - SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG
Take charge in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly payroll report;
Handles the safe keeping, monitoring and updating of confidential CompenBen documents of the company.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Experience in SAP HCM or other related software is an advantage.
Must be trust worthy and can handle confidential matters in CompenBen.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
