Payroll Specialist (Laguna)Gandang Kalikasan Inc.

Human Nature, the Philippines' No. 1 brand of all-natural personal care, home care and cosmetic products distributed to 35 branches and major retail accounts all over the country is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist for our Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Sta. Rosa, Laguna office.
The payroll specialist's responsibilities include collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours, calculating wages and other pay items and payroll deductions, preparing and processing employee payments, maintaining accurate payroll records and proper filing of government contributions reports and contributions timely remittance.
Payroll Processing Reporting -
Collecting timesheet data and payroll information.
Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
Monitors employee loans and advances balances and deductions.
Preparing bank payment advice.
Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
Preparing and distributing of payslips.
Responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations.
Preparing related financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
At least 3 years of work experience in payroll processing including statutory reporting and remittances
Proficiency in Excel; with background in payroll processing system
Good oral/written communications and customer service for both internal and external customers
Analytical/reconciliation skills
Having the diligence and discipline to ensure integrity in routinary tasks and processes that are critical to finance reporting
With the initiative to spot areas for improvement
Used to tight working lead times; delivers according to committed timelines despite late approvals
Willing to work onsite in our Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Laguna office with integrated work from home.
