Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course
1-2 years' experience in Payroll
Extensive experience in using Microsoft Excel
Job Description
Process mid-month and end-month payroll cycle runs.
Performs various analysis and reconciliations.
Prepares various Payroll Reports (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Prepares various Global Equity Shares contribution requirements.
Handles payroll accounting and accruals.
Siebel Administration (employee inquiries)
Handles tax and statutory requirements
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Prepare working files for government statutory processing and reporting
Prepare working files for monthly Wtax and year-end annualization
