Payroll Operations Director
Location: Taguig City
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Excellent, dependent on experience
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Director of Operations for a Global HR Services Provider who will be responsible for overseeing, managing and directing Philippine operations of the organization.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
 Overall operations management and delivery of services to clients across the Philippines
 Lead, manage and direct overall workforce of the Philippine office
 Perform Operations Management and Financial Management
 Carry out business planning, change management, data privacy, financial compliance, revenue and growth, and SLA management.
Qualifications/ skills required:
 At least 15 years experience professional work experience
 At least 12 years experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment preferably in Human Capital Management services
 Certified Payroll Management or Certified Human Resources Certifications is an advantage
 Must have proven expertise in addressing a variety of challenges and a vast experience in operations and IT management
 Must be a strategic thinker and adaptable with strong leadership skills and client and people management skills
 Must have Excellent English communication skills
 Degree in any field or equivalent professional level work experience.
