Payroll OfficerILLIMITADO INC

Responsibilities:
*Obtain understanding of client payroll rules and policies during implementation
*Calibrate with the client on how each rule and policy is to be applied using historical payroll calculation by the client Highlight any discrepancies in historical calculation to the client
*Confirm the client rules can be deployed in the software Highlight any customization request by the client
*Cross check automated payroll with excel caluclations
Requirements Must Have:
*2 year experience in calculating payroll for multiple clients including Basic salary, complex rules for overtime, undertime, absences
*Government mandatory contributions and deductions (SSS, PHIC, HDMF and Tax) 13th Month and Tax Annualization computation
*All reports and Forms for compliance with all regulatory bodies Journal and Ledger entries
*Advanced MS Excel Skills
*Excellent comprehension and communication (verbal and written) skills Ability to multi task and prioritize
*Knowledge of updated DOLE rules
