I. Minimum Qualification
· Basic requirements for Payroll
· Familiarity with labor laws and regulations that apply to salaries and wages policy.
· Submission of reportorial reports and payment
· With minimum 3 years' experience in the same field
II. Job Summary
Preparation of WEFUND direct employee/s and reportorial reports / compensation and benefits. Accurate and timely submission of Payroll reports to HR Manager and for governmental compliance.
III. Key Result Areas
1. Timely preparation of WeFund Payroll.
2. Accurate and timely submission of employee's compensation reports for governmental compliance.
3. Accurate and timely submission of administrative requirements.
4. Coordination and checking of Agencies payroll report billing to HQ
5. Compensation and benefits in charge persons
IV. Standards of Performance
1. Preparation of WeFund payroll, bonus computation and conversion.
2. Reports for governmental compliances must be submitted on or before the deadline.
3. Submission of required administrative reports on or before the deadline.
